Technical Training on FESTO Stepper Motor Training Setup Conducted by Nikini Automation Systems

The Department of Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering organized a specialized technical training program on 29th August 2025, for its academic, academic supportive, and technical staff members. The session was conducted by Nikini Automation Systems (Pvt) Ltd, focusing on the newly acquired FESTO stepper motor training setup.

The FESTO training platform is a state-of-the-art educational tool designed to provide hands-on experience in motion control, automation, and mechatronics applications. With the integration of modern control hardware and software, the system allows participants to gain practical insights into stepper motor operation, programming, and system diagnostics, thereby bridging the gap between industrial practices and laboratory training.

During the program, resource personnel from Nikini Automation Systems delivered in-depth demonstrations on stepper motor principles, drive configurations, and control strategies. Staff members actively engaged in hands-on activities, learning to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the setup for laboratory use. The training enhanced the participants’ technical competencies and ensured effective utilization of the FESTO platform for both teaching and research purposes.
