Field Visit to the Kesbewa Grid Substation- CEB

As part of their 'Industrial visits' module, Intake 39 students of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree program visited the Ceylon Electricity Board- Kesbewa Grid Substation on September 5th, 2024. The group, comprising more than 30 participants including students, academic, and non-academic staff members, explored the facility.

During the visit, the substation electrical superintendent  provided comprehensive insights into the operation and students were able to observe the key power system equipment of the facility.
