On June 10, 2024, Dr. Amal Punchihewa, a distinguished expert in the field of communication technologies, delivered an insightful guest lecture titled "Navigating Future Communication by Human for Human" at FOE 4-1.

Dr. Amal Punchihewa's lecture delved into the profound impact of technological advancements on communication, stressing the importance of considering not just the technical aspects but also their societal implications. He elucidated how AI, ML, VR, AR, and 5G are revolutionizing interactions, from enabling real-time language translation to creating immersive environments that bridge physical and digital spaces.
