Air Tattoo Educational and Technical Exhibition

Following the 73rd Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Air Force, the "Air Tattoo - 2024" educational and technical exhibition was held from 06th March to 10th March 2024, at Mutttraveli Stadium, Jaffna. 

The Faculty of Engineering at Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) proudly showcased its novelty and assurance to excellence at the Air Tattoo exhibition. “Allison 250 series Aircraft Engine cut model” from Aeronautical Engineering Degree program, “Portable AC power unit with foldable solar panels project” and “Prediction of the overall effect of cloud cover on power quality of PV solar power plant project” from Electrical and Electronic Engineering Degree programme and “Brain wave controlled smart wheelchair project” from Mechatronic Engineering Degree programme were displayed and demonstrated to the participants.

State universities, private universities, a group of schools, as well as business institutions and technical institutions from the northern and southern provinces, also participated in this exhibition.
