KDU had the honor of hosting Dr. Urooj Raza Khan, Senior Lecturer and Course Coordinator in Digital Health from La Trobe University, Australia, for a dynamic session focused on research collaborations in digital healthcare on 29th November 2024.
The session was graced by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the Dean of the Faculty of Computing, and the Heads of Departments from both faculties. Dr. Khan shared her extensive experience in digital healthcare, highlighting La Trobe University's advanced research programs and opportunities for MSc, MPhil, and PhD pathways. With her background as a Fellow at the Australasian Institute of Digital Health and a Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society, Dr. Khan underscored the critical role of design and implementation science in transforming healthcare delivery.
The session concluded with discussions on possible joint research initiatives, curriculum development, and student exchange programs.
