Approx. 100 apprentices of Naval Institute of Technology (NIT) along with a few staff members visited FOE on 13th August 2022. The aim of the visit was to witness the laboratory facilities available at FOE. Accordingly, during the visit, the participants were given the opportunity to witness a few laboratories belonging to the Marine Engineering department and Electrical, Electronic & Telecommunication department. The visit to the hybrid diesel engine simulator was undoubtedly a novel experience for them.
Naval Institute of Technology (NIT) is a KDU accredited well recognized institute which trains Naval artificers in various engineering sub-disciplines.
