Fire Drill at the FOE

The Marine Engineering Society with support of the department of Marine Engineering successfully conducted a fire drill at FOE on 10th February 2023. The purpose of the exercise was to enhance the fire hazard awareness amoung faculty staff members and students and to educate them on evacuation procedure and other precautionary measures to be taken in a case of fire. At the end of the exercise a training session was conducted to train staff members and students on handling procedure of first-aid fire extinguishers and fire main system installed at the FOE.
All academic and non-academic staff member and students of the FOE actively participated for the excise.
