Aim of the Industrial Training Unit
Industrial Training Unit (ITU) of the Faculty of Engineering of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University is an establishment to provide Industrial Training for Engineering Undergraduates of the Faculty of Engineering, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University to cater the standards of Professional Engineers.
VISION
To focus on creating engineers, who can foresee the future and continue innovation initiatives with the best engineering practices obtained through the industrial training program.
MISSION
To initiate and proceed a continuous work-plan to provide a fully guaranteed industrial training opportunity to the engineering undergraduate of the Faculty of Engineering, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University by maintaining a long-standing relationship with the government and leading private industries in Sri Lanka.
